The Nord Electro 7 combines a 73-key Semi Weighted Waterfall keybed with dedicated Organ, Piano and Synth sections in a lightweight, stage-ready instrument. The Organ Section features B3, B3 Bass, Vox, Farfisa, Soft B3 and Pipe organs from the Nord Organ 3, together with Rotary Speaker emulation, 3 selectable mic positions and physical drawbars with LEDs. The Piano Section supports the Nord Piano Library and includes Dynamic Compression and Unison. Its Synth Section supports samples, analog waveforms and FM synthesis, with Mono, Legato, Glide, Unison, Vibrato, filter and envelope controls for sound shaping. Dedicated effects per section include modulation effects, Brit and Suitcase amps and Spring Reverb, while Global Reverb provides per-layer Send. The new large color display and push encoders provide convenient access to programs, categories and sounds.
