1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed the same day if received by 2.00 pm central standard time (Monday - Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow up to [12] hours for the tracking number to become active.

 


 

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping within the 48 continental United States. 

Austin Bazaar provides free standard shipping on all products, with no minimum purchase required! If it is in stock, shipping is free within the 48 continental United States.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is presently not available.

 


 

3. International Shipping

Austin Bazaar does not currently offer international shipping.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

 


 

6. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Note: It may take up to  [12] hours for the tracking information to be updated.

 


 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at cs@austinbazaar.com within [2] days of the Actual Delivery Date.

  • Lost Packages: We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve lost package claims, which may take up to [7] business days.

  • Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to us on priority. We will work with the shipping carrier to check details about the package, which may take up to [7 - 15] business days.

  • Damaged Packages: Please take photos of the damage and include them in your email to customer service. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, including potential replacements or refunds within [2 - 7] Business Days.

 


 

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen factors such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. Austin Bazaar is not responsible for these delays. We will notify you of any significant changes to your order’s estimated delivery time.
