Very nice deal; superb customer service.
First of all, my daughter loves her new Lanikai uke, which replaced a cheaper Kohala. The Lanikai holds a tune better, and provides surprisingly rich sound for a such a tiny, inexpensive instrument. The polyfoam case is also very good, and quite professional-looking - an important consideration for a 12-year-old musician. I would also like to give a shout-out to Kayleigh and Amanda at Austin Bazaar, who moved quickly and courteously to address a VERY minor issue with the order. (The alternate warehouse sent an LU-21 instead of an LU-11, which really wasn't a problem for us - I just reported it for the seller's records.) Bravo all around! BTW, the Hohner uke brands seem to overlap; for example, the Kohala Akamai line strongly resembles the low end of the Lanikais.
