Item arrived as described and in perfect condition. The color is just like it is advertised. My daughter loves her new instrument and is excited to learn. This is a great package for starting out- not only does it have a gig bag but another bag sleeve. Gig bag is light protection but works well for us. The added tuner is really helpful so you can start using it right out of the box. We did not watch but a few minutes of the DVD but looks helpful and easy. We are very impressed with everything from ordering to delivery. No complaints and recommend purchasing from here again.
