Great Instrument for a Beginner
I purchased this ukelele kit for my 11 year old for Christmas. She tends to give up on most new ventures quite quickly, but this one is different. It took two days of retuning for it to keep its tune, but not it holds it tune well. Using Youtube videos, she is doing a good job teaching herself how to play. It is not hard to learn a few cords and with that you can sound pretty good.

Completely Satisfied
Totally worth it! I can't speak about cheaper ukes, but this bundle was too good a deal to pass up. It sounds amazing, the tuner is SO helpful, and I love having a case to put it in. It got to me in like 3 days, so fast!
I've dabbled at the piano, but other than that I don't have a musical bone in my body and I am loving this ukelele. I've already learned quite a few songs and it's just a ton of fun.
It comes with a dvd which is really, really basic. I only really watched it once, and just went to youtube instead, but it's still a good thing to have!
I'd definitely recommend this to anyone (but a beginner especially). -
Awesome
This ukulele is amazing. It's everything I thought it would be and more. It even comes with the Aquila strings. This is my first ukulele and it's perfect for me. I just suggest if you have big hands/fingers go with a bigger sized one.

Great for Beginners
This is my first ukulele and I very happy with it. It's not overly fancy but I would definitely recommend this to someone who's buying their first ukulele. Also, the tuner is super easy to use, the DVD is helpful, and the case is nice so there's a place to safely put the ukulele when it's not being used.

Best Value for the Money
After buying 16 ukes for a project to encourage ukes with nursing home residents and people in our church, I'm really glad I came across this one. The artistry conveyed in it is wonderful. The price is less than what I generally pay by about a third. The tuning out of the box was really easy. Usually it would take a couple of weeks to get the ukes to play in tune like this one played. The sound is very comfortable to the ears. It has a "NuBoneXB precision engineered nut and saddle". I think this construction is a thing that should catch on, like the Aquila strings it comes with. After getting this uke, I ordered two more to give away. I think my group will want these in the future. Oh, and it seems so much easier to play. I don't know if it's the sound or the craftsmanship or the looks, but I love to play it.
