Awesome beginner guitar
I would have given this guitar 5 stars except that one of the pegs on the guitar is not fully inserted and causes buzz. Other than that it plays great and sounds good. Looks gorgeous!
Apart from the guitar, Austin Bazaar’s Customer Service is 5- star. You guys rock. I forgot to add a 10% coupon to my order, opened a ticket and was refunded the balance within a few hours. Then when my guitar arrived, the Gig bag was smaller than the guitar and they sent me a priority shipment with the right size gig bag. Absolutely fabulous. You guys have a customer for life. Absolutely fantastic customer service!!
It’s a very long story, but the short of it is that we ordered one guitar through Amazon, but was told to order it straight from Austin bazaar. I did so, and because of FedEx the original guitar was damaged. Austin bazaar was awesome and helping me get a new guitar, and even credited me for the damaged guitar without returning it. I would highly recommend buying anything from Austin bizarre. They are fantastic in customer service, and worked really hard to help me resolve my problems. I will definitely work with him in the future for any of my musical needs!
