


![]() We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it meets the following criteria: 1. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Austin Bazaar representative. Please email us at CustomerService@AustinBazaar.com with your order number to obtain an RMA code. Products returned without this authorization number may not be identifiable, and thus the refund process could be significantly delayed. 2. Products can only be returned to Austin Bazaar within 30 days of product delivery. Any damage or defects to the products MUST be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. You may be asked to submit photos in the event that an item is damaged. 3. If you would like to exchange an item you may request an RMA code so you may do so. 4. At our discretion, non-defective returns may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. 5. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. 6. A non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all of its original packaging. 7. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. Please note that the returns process can take up to 3-5 business days for the credit to be issued once we have received the item. 8. All returns must be returned to Austin Bazaar postage paid unless the item is damaged or defective. In the event that an item is damaged you will be required to provide photos of the damage to obtain a pre-paid return label. 9. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery, regardless of reason. For any issues beyond that date you may contact us and we will provide you with any warranty information available for your product. Order Cancellation Requests If you have already placed an order with us and you wish to cancel it please contact us at CustomerService@AustinBazaar.com with your order number. We will attempt to cancel your order, however we CANNOT guarantee that we will be able to do so as we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If your order cannot be canceled you may contact us for an RMA code once you receive your order. |
