The miter joint strengthens the neck-to-body connection, while the YGD Custom V5 Alnico V pickups provide the classic passive BB sound. Independent volume controls for the neck and bridge pickups, along with a master tone control, make sound shaping straightforward. A Vintage Plus Light bridge with steel saddles supports both top-load and through-body stringing, while lightweight open-gear tuners help improve the instrument’s overall balance.
