    A great stater package

    Everything you need to get started. The shell is more of a solid padded case then a hard shell but it is a million times better than a gig bag. I use similar cases on most of my guitars. Anything more here would be excessive. For kids I think the extra protection is a must have. tuner is good, strap too, really everything you need to start in one package. The price for all this is an exceptional value.

    the ukulele is great, now working on how to play it!
    had an issue with the case, but customer service resolved this issue quickly so very satisfied.

    I can't really talk about the ukulele since it was a gift for my music teacher daughter (but she did love it). But I can about the customer service.

    The original hard case had a split down the outside. OK, things happen. Since it was the weekend, I dropped an email to them from their contact page.

    Very rapid response. No questions asked, they shipped a new case.

    Can't beat that kind of service!

    This is my first ukulele. I love this one. It is made so well and comes with great strings. I would highly reccomend it for beginners! :)
