All orders have an order processing time of up to 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. We work very hard to ship our items in a prompt manner, and most items get shipped in about 2 business days. However, due to the large shipping volumes, we are unable to guarantee ANY delivery dates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

Orders that have qualified for our free shipping promotion will be shipped via standard shipping (see table above).

As most of the musical instruments that we sell are bulky, the expedited shipping charges may be relatively high. Please review the shipping rates carefully before placing your order.

Any orders with expedited shipping placed on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Please keep this in mind when making purchases.

All shipping times are figured in business days. So transit time with standard shipping is 3 to 7 business days, and the transit time with expedited shipping with expedited shipping is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method of expedited shipping that is chosen.

The free shipping promotion applies to orders being shipped within the Continental US.

Tax Information

We collect state sales tax on items purchased where the destination address is in the state of Texas.

Product Packaging

Please note that some of our items are shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging. Many times, this means that the package will have a full color photo and/or the product name on the outside packaging box. Please keep this in mind when purchasing these items as gifts.
