Better than ever, the Casio Privia PX-150 digital piano features new keyboard action and a brand new sound engine to create the one of the most realistic piano sounds and feels in a digital keyboard yet.
Unmatched Piano Sound
The Casio Privia line is known for its realistic piano sound, and it is better than ever. Utilizing even more powerful memory resources, a new proprietary sound source "AiR" (Acoustic and intelligent Resonator), and the Damper Resonance simulator for realistic sustain pedal, it's as close as digital can get to the real thing.
Realistic Key Action
The Casio PX-150 features a new 88-note Tri-sensor scaled hammer action to quickly and accurately sense playing nuances, and simulated ebony and ivory-textured keys for a realistic feel. Taking into account the speed of hammers inside a real piano, the timing of the sound is even more like the real thing.
Tons of Features
Though the piano is excellent, the sound doesn't stop there. The PX-150 includes other sounds such as strings, organs, electric pianos, and bass, with keyboard split and layer capability. Duet mode is great for lessons, splitting the keyboard into equal ranges for student and teacher to play together. Record your performances with a two-track recorder.
Use the optional CP-67 to put the keyboard at optimal height for playing comfort, the SP-33 pedal system for three pedals that function like a real grand piano, and USB MIDI interface for Casio's famously easy plug-and-play capability with computers and other devices.
Bundle includes furniture-style stand, three-pedal system, bench, and instruction book.
Just want the piano without all the extras? Grab the Casio Privia PX-150 solo.

Value Quality Price
this is a great package if you're looking for something that's great to learn on and really blend in with the space. The furniture stand gives it a great feel, and there is more than just a sustain pedal which is necessary for a lot of classical pieces. (Posted on 2/17/14)
