RULES:
PROMOTION: Purchase any qualifying TAKAMINE® Pro Series instrument from an authorized [TAKAMINE/KMCMUSICORP] Dealer, and receive a $100.00 Visa gift card (“Gift”) compliments of Takamine and KMCMusicorp (“Sponsor”).
DURATION: Eligible purchases must be made between April 1, 2012, 12:00 am PST, and May 31, 2012, 11:59 pm PST (“the Purchase Period”). Gift redemptions will be accepted through June 15, 2012, 11:59 pm PST.
Gift Limit:
One (1) Gift per eligible purchase, as described above. Offer valid while supplies last.

Eligibility:
To be eligible to participate in this promotion, you must purchase one or more qualifying TAKAMINE Pro Series instruments from a participating, authorized Takamine dealer. Qualifying TAKAMINE Pro Series products are those with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of at least $1200.00 USD. TAKAMINE G Series products, and JASMINE BY TAKAMINE products, are not qualifying products for purposes of this Promotion. Ask your Dealer before purchasing whether it is participating in this promotion.
You must be an individual person who is at least 18 years of age at the time you submit the redemption form (“Form”). By participating, you represent and warrant that your Form is true, accurate, current and complete. Employees and affiliates, and/or their family members, of Sponsor and/or Dealers, are not eligible for this promotion.
How to receive your gift card:
To receive your Gift you must complete the “Your Information” portion of the Form (download form), AND mail your completed Form, with postage prepaid, with a photocopy of the original purchase receipt from an authorized Dealer, to Sponsor at the address below. Please allow six to eight weeks after completing the above requirements for receipt of your gift card.
