Open box products are as good as new and sell at a discount. In most cases, they were used as display products in our storefront or in one of our demonstration videos. All open box products are fully functional, have been tested, and may include the original manufacturer's warranty. There may be minor cosmetic damage such as a scratch or dent, but nothing that will affect the instrument's integrity.

Please note that the return policy on open box products differs from new products. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective upon arrival. Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must be authorized within 14 days of delivery (email cs@austinbazaar.com to obtain authorization). A 20% restocking fee may be assessed.
