If there is an issue with your order, rest assured that we'll work with you to resolve it. We take customer service seriously and go out of our way to promptly resolve any and all problems that arise. However, call volume may sometimes exceed the number of available representatives. Therefore, we recommend email for the quickest response.

Our customer service department is closed on the weekends. All customer service inquiries sent via email on the weekends or late Friday will be resolved the following Monday.
